Ackerman v. Stiller

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 1, 1923
207 App. Div. 832 (N.Y. App. Div. 1923)

Opinion

October, 1923.

Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. It appears that defendants have already been examined before the referee in bankruptcy as to the facts in issue in this action. The examination now sought is, therefore, unnecessary. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Manning, Kelby and Young, JJ., concur.
