This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session beginning on May 16, 2022. On April 28, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all of the issues in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall either file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
