In an action to recover damages for breach of a contract and to enforce a lien upon defendant's property in plaintiff's possession, in which the defendant has asserted counterclaims for breach of contract and conversion, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, in favor of plaintiff for $4,546.43, and dismissing his (defendant's) counterclaims, entered January 15, 1960 upon the oral decision of a Special Referee, after a trial before him. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
