Before the Court is the parties' agreed motion to abate this appeal. The parties represent that they have reached a settlement agreement and, once the agreement is effectuated, they will move for a voluntary dismissal of this appeal under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1. The parties' motion is GRANTED. This appeal is ABATED until further order of this Court.
