Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken from the order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about March 31, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected on or before January 29, 2018, for the April 2018 Term.
