NONDISCHARGEABILITY
Upon consideration of the Stipulation for Judgment for Nondischargeability filed herein, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Stipulation for Judgment for Nondischargeability is hereby approved.
2. ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. shall have judgment against defendant Wais D. Jalali in the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).
3. The obligation of this Judgment shall be nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(6).
4. The parties shall bear their own fees and costs herein.
