Opinion

No. 05-09-00999-CV

Opinion issued September 15, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 44th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 09-00516.

Before Justices BRIDGES, RICHTER, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in granting real parties in interest's motion for a new trial following a default judgment. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
