DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 9, 2022. Motion by the respondent to take judicial notice of certain material. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief. Separate motion by the respondent to take judicial notice of certain material. Separate motion by the respondent to strike the appellant's brief, inter alia, on the ground that it contains statements that are not supported by the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is granted, and on or before June 4, 2024, the appellant shall serve and file the reply brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply brief and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the motions by the respondent are denied.
