Chapter 13 PARTIAL FINAL JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding came on for consideration on the Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Final Judgment (Doc. No. 30). Consistent with the Memorandum Opinion entered contemporaneously, it is

ORDERED:

1. Partial Final Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff, Accel Motorsports Inc., and against the Defendant, Alex Rosario, in the amount of $49,100.

2. The debt due by the Defendant, Alex Rosario, to the Plaintiff, Accel Motorsports Inc., is not dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(6).

DONE AND ORDERED in Orlando, Florida, on January 13, 2015.
