ORDER
This appeal is REINSTATED.
Before the Court are Goldfarb PLLC's ("Goldfarb") April 7, 2017 motion to withdraw as counsel for appellant and appellant's response opposing the motion. By order entered April 18, 2017, the Court abated this appeal to allow the trial court to make findings of fact and recommendations regarding whether Goldfarb should be allowed to withdraw. The trial court has filed findings and has recommended that Goldfarb's motion to withdraw be granted.
We GRANT Goldfarb's motion. The Clerk is DIRECTED to remove Jeffrey Goldfarb, Keith Koshkin, and Goldfarb, PLLC as appellant's attorneys of record. Until such time as appellant retains new counsel, the Clerk shall send all correspondence to Joseph Abuzaid, 948 Union Street, San Francisco, California 94133.
