ORDER


The parties have submitted a letter indicating that they wish to defer for months the completion of briefing on the motions of defendants Gaylord Container Corporation ("Gaylord") and Temple-Inland Inc. ("Temple-Inland") and the anticipated motion of State Street Bank and Trust Co. to dismiss.

In the circumstances, the motions of Gaylord and Temple-Inland to dismiss are denied without prejudice to renewal. If, as and when the parties wish to go forward with those motions, they may refile.

SO ORDERED.
