ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS, § 156 — attorney's lien. Mother of deceased minor, as sole beneficiary and heir-at-law of such minor, had legal right to enter into valid and binding contract with attorney for prosecution and settlement of claim for damages against defendant for causing wrongful death of minor, and such contract constituted legal basis for an attorney's lien.
