Appeal, No. 37 T.D. 1978, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County in case of Felix Abramovich, individually and trading as Abrams Storage Company v. Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and W. W. Anderson, Deputy Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, No. 3661 Equity 1977.
Contract dispute submitted to arbitration. Award rendered. Contractor appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Case transferred to the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. Appeal denied. MORGAN, J. for the court en bane. Contractor appealed to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Case transferred to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.
