ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 5, 2024, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption, advising that petitioner Frank Abrahamson had died on November 20, 2023, and that Robert S. Abrahamson had received Letters Testamentary from the Probate Court of Fulton County of the State of Georgia naming him as executor and allowing him to act on behalf of petitioner Frank Abrahamson's estate. Petitioner represents that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. The motion references two exhibits consisting of copies of Frank Abrahamson's death certificate and the Letters Testamentary; however, no such exhibits are attached to the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, petitioner shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption, attaching thereto copies of Frank Abrahamson's death certificate and the Letters Testamentary.
