Yacub ABRAHAM, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

From the 379th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court Nos. 2010CR5071, 2010CR5072, 2010CR5073

Honorable Ron Rangel, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due May 6, 2013; however, the court granted the reporter, Amy Hinds Alvarado, an extension of time until June 6 to file the record. On June 7, Ms. Alvarado filed a notification of late record, requesting a further extension of time.

We grant the motion and order Amy Hinds Alvarado to file the record no later than July 5, 2013 (sixty days after the original due date). Ms. Alvarado is advised that the court will not grant a further extension of time unless she (1) establishes there are extraordinary circumstances that prevent her from timely filing the record and (2) provides the court reasonable assurance the record will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline.
