Having reviewed the Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Overlength Memorandum in Support of IHC Defendants' Motion in Limine to Exclude Testimony of Plaintiffs' Expert Richard Hoffman and Request for Hearing, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the IHC Defendants may file an overlength memorandum of forty-five (45) pages.
