Supreme Court of Hawaii
Sep 11, 2001
No. 23999 (Haw. Sep. 11, 2001)

Opinion

No. 23999

September 11, 2001.

APPEAL FROM THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT (CIV. NO. 98-0-002929).

ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Edmund M. Abordo appellant pro se on the motion.

MOON, C.J., LEVINSON, NAKAYAMA, AND RAMIL, JJ., and CIRCUIT JUDGE CARDOZA, in place of ACOBA, J., recused

Upon consideration of the motion for reconsideration of the August 14, 2001 order dismissing appeal, the papers in support and the record, it appears that the dismissal of this appeal does not deprive Appellant of his statutory right to appeal inasmuch as Appellant may appeal when a separate judgment is entered on the circuit court's November 22, 2000 order. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is denied.
