Otha L. Abney, pro se, Appellant.

No appearance for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Because the notice of appeal was not filed within thirty days of rendition of the lower tribunal's order rendered on January 10, 2022, the Court dismisses this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b). This disposition is without prejudice to appellant's seeking relief in the lower tribunal. Bedwell v. Moore , 289 So. 3d 997 (Fla. 1st DCA 2020).

Makar, Osterhaus, and Kelsey, JJ., concur.
