This case is currently set for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session. On January 4, 2022, the parties filed an untimely Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 12).

Upon a review of the record, we note that there appear to be different spellings of petitioner's first name. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted in that this case is stricken from the January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2022, petitioner shall file a Response to this Order providing the correct spelling of his full name.
