It is Ordered that the respondent-appellant's motion is granted, without opposition, only to the extent of continuing the stay granted by this Court's August 20, 2015 order and enlarging his time to perfect his appeal on condition that appellant: 1) perfects his appeal by no later than the March 2016 term - the filing deadline is January 12, 2016, and 2) pays landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $1,037.99 on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
