Defendants-appellants having moved for an order declaring that a certain appeal bond posted by defendants-appellants has been extinguished, directing the immediate return of the collateral securing the bond, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the stipulations of the parties dated March 10, 2017 and March 22, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn.
