ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

This is another action seeking to compel the Immigration and Naturalization Service to take action on an application for adjustment of status. Plaintiffs, however, concede that the action now is moot. Plaintiff's memorandum of law in response to government's cross-motion for summary judgment, at 4.

Accordingly, this action is dismissed. The pending motions are denied as moot. Case closed.
