APPEAL AND ERROR, § 48appealability of county court's order. Order of county court, in matter of decedent's estate, that appellant make partnership inventory within ten days and that if such inventory was not so made citation should issue returnable instanter, was not final and appealable but was simply order directing initiatory step, necessary to bring before county court cause for disposition in that court.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Coles county; the Hon. GEORGE W. BRISTOW, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
