This case is on the Court's May 8, 2023 trial calendar for Des Moines, Iowa. On February 8, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 12). In the motion, respondent advised that petitioner's attorney, Kenton Blaine Vriezelaar, is retired. However, Mr. Vriezelaar has not filed a motion to withdraw as counsel in this case. See Tax Court Rule 24(c).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2023, counsel for petitioner, Kenton Blaine Vriezelaar, shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order and respondent's Motion for Continuance on petitioner Melody Abelson at her address of record.
