This case was calendared for trial at the December 13, 2021, Milwaukee, Wisconsin remote Trial Session of the Court. On November 19, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, as docket entry number 14. On November 24, 2021, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause and set the case for hearing at the Court's December 13, 2021, Milwaukee, Wisconsin remote Trial Session on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, as docket number 15. On December 13, 2021, the Court took respondent's motion under advisement and held the Order to Show Cause in abeyance. On December 30, 2021, respondent filed a corrected Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution with the Court as docket entry number 19, and respondent filed a Status Report with the Court as docket entry number 20, which includes unredacted information as to the subpoenas. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, docket entry number 14, from the record. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, docket entry number 15, is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal respondent's Status Report filed December 30, 2021, docket entry number 20, pursuant to Tax Court Rule 27, in regard to privacy protection for the parties and shall remain as such until further direction of the Court.
