ORDER
RICHARD HIGHTOWER, JUDGE.
This case is currently abated and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine why no appellant's brief has been filed. The trial court has advised that a hearing is scheduled for May 28, 2024 but, because the appellant is in a Colorado facility, the trial court is unsure when the Harris County Sheriffs Office will receive appellant so that he may attend the scheduled hearing. The trial court has requested an extension of the deadline for holding the hearing and preparing a supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record until July 22, 2024.
We grant the request and extend the deadlines for preparing and filing supplemental clerk's and reporter's records until July 22, 2024.
It is so ORDERED.
