Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Burns, J.; verdict for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, denied the plaintiff's motions to set aside the verdict or for a new trial and for additur, and rendered judgment in accordance with the verdict, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
