ORDER

PER CURIAM

On March 4, 2024, appellee the State of Texas filed its brief. Appellee's brief violates Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10 in that the brief includes sensitive data, specifically the names of persons who were purportedly minors at the time the offense was committed, and such data has not been redacted to protect the minors' identity. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.10.

We ORDER that appellee's brief is STRICKEN, and we ORDER appellee to file an amended appellee's brief in compliance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10 by March 21, 2024.
