ORDER

IRENE RIOS, JUSTICE

On January 8, 2024, appellant filed a motion to exceed Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.4(i)'s word count limit. The State did not file any opposition to appellant's motion. On January 22, 2024, appellant filed a brief that exceeded the word count limit. After consideration, we GRANT appellant's motion and deem his brief accepted.
