Appellant's brief was originally due on November 6, 2023. After two extensions of time, appellant's brief was due on January 5, 2023. On January 3, 2023, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time until January 18, 2023, for a total extension of 73 days. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file his brief by January 18, 2024. No further requests for extension of time will be considered absent extraordinary circumstances.
