ORDER

PER CURIAM. Muya Abdi appeals the circuit court's judgment denying his Rule 29.15 after an evidentiary hearing. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the circuit court's decision was not clearly erroneous. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order. The decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b) (2022).
