ORDER
The motion to dismiss is GRANTED. This Court finds there is no record of an order resolving the intervening claims by Spine and Health, PLLC, and 411 Help, LLC, and, therefore, this Court lacks jurisdiction over the instant appeal. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal under MCR 7.205(A), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
The motion to correct the claim of appeal is DENIED as appellant's proposed amendment to the claim of appeal would not resolve the jurisdictional flaw.
