Motion by respondent State Liquor Authority to vacate the parties' arrangement under which, pending appeal, (1) the Authority's demand for surrender of appellant's license would not be enforced and (2) appellant would keep its premises closed. Motion granted; arrangement vacated. Rabin, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Benjamin, Munder and Nolan, JJ., concur.
