ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 3, 2024, respondent filed a status report. Respondent states that on April 10, 2024, petitioners notified respondent's counsel that they had filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition and that respondent should receive a notification of the bankruptcy filing the week of April 10, 2024. However, although respondent's counsel requested a copy of the bankruptcy petition from petitioners, respondent has not received a copy.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 28, 2024, petitioners shall file a status report, attaching thereto a copy of the above-referenced Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition.
