Extension of time granted
The “Joint Application for Extension of Time to File Answer and Reply Briefs on the Merits”, filed October 5, 2018, is hereby granted. It is ordered that the time to serve and file petitioners' answer brief on the merits is extended to and including November 21, 2018. The time to serve and file real party in interest's reply brief on the merits is also extended to January 21, 2019.
