In an action for an injunction to enjoin defendants from interfering with plaintiffs' easement of ingress and egress over defendants' property, and to recover the damages resulting from such interference, defendants appeal from a final judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 28, 1961 in favor of plaintiffs for $2,680, after an inquest to assess damages held by the court without a jury. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Rabin, JJ., concur. [ 28 Misc.2d 751.]
