This collection due process case was calendared for trial during the Court's September 26, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. On June 23, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). By Order served June 27, 2022, among other things, respondent's motion was granted, and this case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration, including a supplemental administrative hearing.

On October 24, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 9) informing the Court that "due to resource and scheduling issues, the supplemental hearing is now scheduled for November 8, 2022."

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before January 23, 2023, a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
