This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed November 1, 2024, and heard on November 18, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Miami, Florida trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and advised the Court that the parties had agreed upon a basis of settlement.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before December 18, 2024, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
