On March 28, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw Brian F. Huebsch as Counsel. On April 2, 2024, petitioner filed a First Supplement to Motion to Withdraw Brian F. Huebsch as Counsel of Record, stating that the parties have no objection to the granting of petitioner's motion to withdraw counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Brian F. Huebsch as Counsel (Doc. 30), as supplemented (Doc. 31) is granted, in that Brian F. Huebsch is deemed withdrawn as petitioner's counsel of record in this case.
