Motion by the petitioners to consolidate a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was commenced in this Court (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-02599) with a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by an undated order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-05012).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the proceedings will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
