The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 167 Conn.App. 207, 142 A.3d 1209 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that a car dealer's license is not conditioned upon local approval for each proposed location pursuant to General Statutes § 14–54 (a) ?

"2. Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that there was a lack of substantial evidence in the record to support the Department of Motor Vehicles hearing officer's finding that the plaintiff violated § 14–54 (a) ?"
