The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 72 Conn. App. 502 (AC 21291), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court properly hold that the plaintiff's site plan application was actually an application for special exception?

"2. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that if the application was seeking site plan approval, general criteria in the zoning regulations could serve as a basis for denial?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16879.
