Motions by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from orders of the District Court of Nassau County, entered August 18, 2022 and December 22, 2022, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated January 18, 2024, and for other relief, and separate motions for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further, ORDERED that the motions are denied.
