It is Ordered that the tenant-respondent's motion seeking to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless landlord-appellant perfects its appeal by no later than the March 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is January 11, 2017. In the event of landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenant-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
