DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 21, 2014. By decision and order on motion dated November 27, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the appeal from the final judgment should or should not be dismissed as moot on the ground that the final judgment was conditionally vacated by an order of the Civil Court dated July 10, 2015.

Upon the order to show cause contained in the decision and order on motion dated November 27, 2015, and the papers filed in support thereof and in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal as moot is denied.
