Motion by appellant for leave to serve and file an amended brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 13, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, appellant's original brief is stricken, and appellant is directed to serve and file an amended appellant's brief within 14 days from the date of this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent, if it be so advised, may serve and file a respondent's brief within 14 days after service of the amended appellant's brief.
