DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant to consolidate the appeals in the above-captioned appeals from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated January 6, 2020 and an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 30, 2020, respectively, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Cross-motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, cross-motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the two above-captioned appeals is granted to the extent that appellant may serve and file an original and four copies of a single appellant's brief bearing both appeal numbers, and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appeals shall be perfected on or before March 26, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by March 26, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeals on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
