It is Ordered that the respondents-appellants' motion seeking an extension of time to comply with Appellate Term, First Department's order, dated October 20, 2016, is granted, without opposition, to the extent of staying execution of the warrant of eviction through February 17, 2017. This is to afford appellant the opportunity to retain counsel and to move in Civil Court to vacate the underlying stipulations of settlement.
