It is Ordered that landlord-appellant's motion is granted, without opposition, and the stay continued, on condition that landlord-appellant perfect its appeal by no later than the March 2016 term - the filing deadline is January 12, 2016. In the event of landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondents may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
