DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 11, 2014. The order denied appellant's motion, in effect, to extend a stay of execution of a warrant of eviction.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as appellant states in her brief that she removed from the premises on September 29, 2014.
